deprecated boot option

I just noticed today on booting the minimal slackware system
(obtained from usb-and-pxe-installers/usbboot.img) that the
option load_ramdisk=1 is just ignored

Kernel command line: ... load_ramdisk=1 ...
ignoring the deprecated load_ramdisk= option
