Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians says it would take an incredible offer for the team to consider trading running back Ronald Jones.

Jones has started just one game this season as Leonard Fournette has overtaken him as the lead rusher in the Bucs' backfield. Despite the change, Arians is wary of breaking up the duo by shipping out Jones before Tuesday's trade deadline.

"It would have to be something really, really special. Because I love the way he's running," Arians said, according to Jenna Laine of ESPN. "It's just one nick on Leonard and then (Jones is) the guy. And so to me, it's still a great one-two punch. It would have to be extraordinary."

Jones started 13 games for the Bucs during the 2020 campaign, compiling 978 yards to Fournette's 367 over three starts. However, the roles have reversed this season, with Fournette receiving more carries in all but one contest.

A 2018 second-rounder, Jones has had trouble with ball security this season, losing two fumbles. He's also lost time to Giovani Bernard, who has taken a prominent role as the team's receiving back.

Jones has rushed 44 times for 194 yards in addition to four receptions for 39 yards this year.
