Is this a clip from an Austrian movie?

I found this bit of audio, a person speaking in German. It sounds like an Austrian soft-core porn movie ('I want to bite your armpits' - my German isn't good but I don't think it's naughtier than that.) German Redditors tell me it's Austrian. Americans think it's a woman; German-speakers think it's a man. I've transcribed and translated it. 2 Germans told me the text reads like a Groschenroman (dime novel).
