Debian 11 Low Audio

Just installed Debian 11 KDE on desktop. Intel DG31PR motherboard. No soundcard. I've got everything working as I like, but volume is super low through bluetooth earbuds and headphones. Even at 150% still barely audible. I have tested several distros. Linux Mint 20 has good audio levels. Issue only on Debian. Have installed csound utils. No help. Tried to update Intel drivers and realtek drivers, but console skills aren't up to par. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
