Too few items to process - error - on KDE Neon 5.23.2

I am trying to install a deb 64bit app to manage a new UPS unit I bought from CyberPower. The install file is from the company website.
It comes up with the above error...
When I try "Removing" it, it comes up with the same error.
Any ideas?
