slackpkg blacklist xorg can't seem to blacklist it
by khronosschoty from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5RVNT)
I made an entry in my /etc/slackpkg/blacklist
added xorg-server-*
then ran slackpkg upgrade-all
and xorg still shows up in the upgrade selection
then I tried xorg-* still the same result. Then tried to list each one, for example like this, xorg-server-xephyr. They still show up however. I am wondering if I'm doing something wrong here? I compiled the latest xorg-server and that is not an issue, I'm just trying to make sure slackpkg won't reinstall the one provided in Slackware. I am using Slackware64-current.
