sudo problem

Just installed a new Debian:

The strange thing is that I have problem with all test users names and the
behaviours are so random. Some are OK but some are not. I guess the sequence of events put a user name in the sudoers list but some not. This is so HARD to tame! I guess the sudo management under Debian is still not 100% correct.
This is wasting a lot of testing time.
