Printer may not be connected

Running EndeavourOS. I setup a printer when I initially installed EndeavourOS so it was detected. When I try to print I get a message saying Printer may not be connected. When I run lpq it says the printer is ready and printing, but nothing prints. I've done searches online but nothing I've seen addresses the problem I'm having. Any suggestions? I tried the CUPS interface and tried adding a printer but I get the same message - Printer may not be connected. I'm running a Dell Inspiron 15" laptop. Printer (which I set up easily with Mint) is a Brother HL-L2350DW. Normally I connect wirelessly but I tried a USB connection and still can't print. I've got everything else working with EndeavourOS. There's just this one problem.
