GPG, private keys in ~/.gnupg and in Seahorse don't match

I have created a keypair with GPG on the commandline. I also installed the program Seahorse to manage the gpg-keys with a gui.

I look at the gpg key I have just created in Seahorse, click on it and I view the details. It is all there.
Fingerprint: A72F228360B7DD4C0F2392FE982F5DFD65EE9B4E (this is the revoke key).
Subkeys are mentioned as well. Two of them.

But when viewing the keys in ~/.gnupg, the private keys don't match the keys in seahorse, yet they have the same public key.
