Some offensive players on the New York Giants have grown frustrated with coordinator Jason Garrett and his play-calling throughout the season, reports Zack Rosenblatt of NJ Advance Media.

Despite a wealth of talent at the skill positions, the Giants rank 25th in the NFL in points per game. They scored only 10 in a loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday Night Football, with their lone touchdown coming on a possession that began at the opponent's 5-yard line.

While injuries and a poor offensive line have contributed to their woes, the Giants have routinely struggled to create explosive plays and convert in the red zone under Garrett. They ranked 31st in points last year, Garrett's first season on the job.

Giants head coach Joe Judge made Garrett his signature hire in 2020. He tasked the former Dallas Cowboys bench boss with developing quarterback Daniel Jones and orchestrating the offense.

"I have faith in all the people on our team: players, coaches, everything," Judge said Monday night when asked about his confidence in Garrett, per Rosenblatt. "But look, we'll assess everything as a team and make any move we need to going forward."

The Giants fell to 3-7 with their loss to the Buccaneers, digging themselves a larger hole in what was supposed to be a breakthrough campaign for Judge and general manager David Gettleman.

Perhaps the greatest disappointment offensively for New York has been the lack of production from Kenny Golladay, who lashed out at Garrett on the sideline earlier this season. The $72-million wide receiver is still looking for his first touchdown as a member of the Giants.
