Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook will have an MRI after being carted off the field in the third quarter of Sunday's 34-26 loss to the San Francisco 49ers with a shoulder injury, head coach Mike Zimmer said.

Cook reportedly suffered a dislocated shoulder, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Cook racked up 39 yards on 10 carries before being sidelined. He also caught six passes for 64 yards.

The two-time Pro Bowler entered Week 12 as one of the NFL's leading rushers after amassing 734 yards (4.6 per carry) and four touchdowns on the ground through eight appearances. He's already missed time this season due to an ankle injury.

Minnesota struggled to move the ball on the ground against the 49ers, finishing the evening with just 67 yards (3.7 per carry).

The loss ended Minnesota's two-game winning streak and dropped the team to 5-6.
