UPDATE: Missing Oakville man, 24, found 'thanks to an observant community member'

A 24-year-old Oakville man who disappeared without a trace has been found, Halton Regional Police report.
Andre Hamel disappeared in Oakville around 2:30 a.m. Monday (Nov. 29) operating a Black Subaru Impreza WRX with Ontario licence plate CHYH 519.
But, police said, he has been found safe "thanks to an observant community member," police said.
