nordvpn v3.12.1-1

When nordvpnd starts it appears to download the XML data for the vpn server list (country, city, sever ID's, etc).

But I keep getting this timeout from nordvpnd. I can curl the URI from cli just fine, I can GET the URI in browser, but nordvpnd err's.

Is it attempting to use QUIC (udp 443)? The system is basically wide open for egress access, and there are no net filters that would block any UDP or TCP 443.

It takes about 2sec after starting daemon to get this timeout.
