kdev-python in or out?
by BroX from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5SR0M)
I just updated my slackwareARM-current installation, and when I checked the changelog for removed packages, I noticed that kdev-python was removed but later rebuilt:
Code:Mon Nov 29 08:08:08 UTC 2021
This is Slackware ARM 15.0 release candidate 2.
kde/kdev-python-5.6.2-arm-7.txz: Rebuilt.
Thu Oct 21 08:08:08 UTC 2021
kde/kdev-python-5.6.2-arm-6.txz: Removed.
Due to the removal of the old parser from Python 3.10, this is no longer
compatible. We'll keep an eye on upstream to see if this changes, though. So, is kdev-python in or out?
