Please assist! Need to permit a Wireguard Client to be able to ONLY access one IP in the local network.

We have a database server in our office network.
We have a working wireguard server in our office network.
We have multiple wireguard clients already able to connect in from the internet to access company resources.
We want to permit a virtual server on the internet to be able to ONLY access the database server.
The wireguard setup has been done through wireguardmanager.sh, all wireguard clients have been setup in the same way.
Is it possible to create a wireguard client that is only permitted access to a single internal IP : port in the network in our existing setup?
Any tips in the right direction greatly appreciated.
