Mounting homedir to Windows homedir

This video shows the environment I got right now. I got a Linux Mint machine which joined a Windows domain. You need an AD account (created on the Domain Controller) to be able to log in, and with the instructions from the video it makes a homedir right after you first log in.
But people who already logged in on a Windows machine, alright got a home directory. How do I mount the homedir which is created in Linux with their existing homedir in Windows?
