Any tools other than Spectrum app for managing SAGEMCOM router?
by mfoley from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5T2P0)
I am helping a friend who uses Spectrum as his Internet provider and is running Linux Mint. There is a cable modem and separate wireless router provided by Spectrum. The router is a SAGEMCOM RAV2V25.
This post: https://www.router-reset.com/howto-l...ccess-settings, says that when I open the router web page, 192.168.1.1, I should get a login screen asking for credentials, however, all I see is a barcode which opens a link on a smartphone to download an app to either Android or iPhone and, I suppose, manage the router from there.
Is there a way to manage this router without downloading an app to a cell phone?
