The Los Angeles Rams have placed star pass-rusher Von Miller and eight other players on the COVID-19 list Thursday, taking their total number of players on the reserve group to 25.

The Rams' COVID outbreak is the worst in the NFL amid a league-wide increase in cases. The Cleveland Browns and Washington Football Team are also dealing with significant losses - both have 21 players on the COVID list.

Wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., cornerback Jalen Ramsey, and running back Darrell Henderson are among the other players sent to the COVID list this week.

Offensive tackle Tremayne Anchrum Jr., guard Bobby Evans, defensive backs Antoine Brooks Jr., Jake Gervase, Kareem Orr, and linebackers Ogbonnia Okoronkwo, Troy Reeder, and Christian Rozeboom were the other players added Thursday.

Miller was one of the first NFL players to test positive in April 2020. The linebacker, who has asthma, described his experience with the virus as "frightening" due to his breathing issues.

The league implemented relaxed return-to-play testing requirements Thursday, meaning Los Angeles and other teams impacted by the increase in cases could still get players back for Week 15.
