How to fix file ext4 systems

If I try to check /dev/sda5 (China) I get /dev/sda5 is in use.
If I try to mount /dev/sda5 I get Error mounting /dev/sda5 at /media/jamescw/China: /dev/sda5 already mounted or mount point busy.
If I try to unmount /dev/sda5 I get umount: /dev/sda5: not mounted.
If I try to mount /dev/sda5 I get Error mounting /dev/sda5 at /media/jamescw/China: /dev/sda5 already mounted or mount point busy.
If I try to unmount /dev/sda5 I get umount: /dev/sda5: not mounted.
