ISCSI Disks

Hi all!
I try to install Linux (Ubuntu) on an HP Pavillion, everything goes ok until it's time to partition the harddisks then i must give the address to the disk and a password?? there is iscsi disks, anyone who knows how to solve that?
Where to find the address and password?
