I can't boot my LFS system, why?
by almanklfs from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5T7N9)
Hello there,
So this is my first post on this forum, and I thought it'd be helpful.
I recently have finished building my LFS system (yay!) but it doesn't boot (no..). I think I may have configured the kernel wrong. Every time I boot I get a kernel panic. I can't see that I get a kernel panic (GRUB is in blind mode and I can't fix that) but my Caps Lock light starts going crazy anytime that happens.
Here is my hardware: (Huawei MateBook D14 laptop)
AMD Ryzen 5 3500U Mobile CPU
AMD Radeon Vega 8 iGPU
Realtek RTL8822CE Wireless PCI adapter
Samsung PM981 SSD (512GB)
Some weird ov9734_azurewave_camera
Synaptics I2C HID trackpad
Realtek Bluetooth Radio (connected via USB bus)
That's really all I know
Please can someone help me? Thanks in advance.
