Snow and freezing rain to hit Hamilton and nearby areas on Monday

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement as it expects up to five mm of snow before some freezing rain in Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, Burlington and Haldimand-Norfolk on Monday.
