Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Shaquil Barrett will miss the remainder of the regular season after suffering a mild ACL and MCL sprain during Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers, head coach Bruce Arians announced, according to The Athletic's Greg Auman.

Barrett should be back for the playoffs, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The 29-year-old joins a growing list of Buccaneers dealing with injuries. Jason Pierre-Paul and Mike Evans both missed Sunday's contest, while the team reportedly does not expect Leonard Fournette and Lavonte David to return before the postseason. Tampa Bay also lost Chris Godwin for the campaign last week due to a torn ACL.

Barrett has started all 15 games for the Buccaneers this season, recording three forced fumbles, one interception, and a team-high 10 sacks.

Tampa Bay will turn to first-round rookie Joe Tryon-Shoyinka in Barrett's absence. Tryon-Shoyinka has registered four sacks across 15 appearances this campaign.

The Bucs clinched the NFC South with the victory over the Panthers. At 11-4, Tampa Bay holds the No. 4 seed in the conference and will finish the regular season against the New York Jets and Carolina.
