She says the house appeared to be an investment property for the sellers, while the buyer is from out of town and was looking to move to Hamilton as she really loves the city. She has been on the hunt since August and struck out on many homes until landing the perfect house." Vancardo says her client's offer wasn't the highest, but was accepted because it had a quick closing date.
