The Washington Football Team and left tackle Charles Leno have agreed to a three-year, $37.5-million extension, sources told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Washington picked up Leno on a one-year deal last offseason after he was released by the Chicago Bears. He's proven to be a solid acquisition, starting all 16 games for Washington this season.

The 30-year-old has started 110 games since entering the league as a seventh-round selection in 2014. He also earned a Pro Bowl nod in 2018 with the Bears.
