Intel Poaches Apple Engineer Responsible for Arm Transition and M1 Chips

Jeff Wilcox, Apple's Director of Mac System Architecture, has announced he's leaving the company in favor of a new role at Intel. The leader of Apple's transition to its Apple Silicon era will now serve on Intel as CTO of its Design Engineering Group with a focus on Client SoC Architecture.
