The Houston Texans fired head coach David Culley Thursday, after just one season with the team. Earlier in the week the Miami Dolphins parted ways with former head coach Brian Flores after just three seasons with the team. This leaves Pittsburgh Steelers' head coach Mike Tomlin as the only black head coach in the NFL. Emmanuel Acho answers if the NFL should be concerned with their lack of black head coaches.
