500 without power on Hamilton’s west Mountain Wednesday morning

Power is out for 500 residents and businesses on Hamilton's west Mountain Wednesday morning.
Alectra Utilities reported a power failure at 8:49 a.m.
The area of Guildwood Drive to Greencedar Drive and Upper Paradise to Upper Horning Road is affected, Alectra said on its website.
The electric company dispatched crews and reported the problem was related to an underground distribution problem.
Power is expected to be restored by 12 p.m.
