Hamilton woman charged with attempted murder after ‘murder for hire’ investigation: Peel police
A Hamilton woman was arrested and charged with attempted murder on Saturday morning after a murder for hire" investigation according to Peel police
On Feb. 16, police began digging into allegations against a woman attempting to hire someone to murder a man known to her.
They later issued a search warrant at a Hamilton address, where the suspect was found and arrested without incident by the 21 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau, said police.
The 34-year-old Hamilton resident Huraima Kabir, was charged with counselling to commit a murder and attempted murder.
She appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
