Intel Arc Alchemist GPUs Won't Support Hardware Accelerated FP64 Compute

Intel has confirmed that hardware-accelerated FP64 will not be supported by its gaming-focused Arc GPUs. The only exception to this will be FP64 emulation, which will be supported.
