Intel In-Field Scan Feature in Sapphire Rapids Pinpoints Per-Core Errors

The driver file indicates that In-Field Scan will be able to check for errors in the CPU as a whole or the individual cores. The feature could be increasingly important as we move into the Angstrom era.
