Researchers Unveil Hybrid 512-Qubit Quantum Array With Zero Downtime

A team of researchers with the University of Chicago have developed a 512-qubit array pairing equal numbers of qubits built from cesium and rubidium atoms. The new design allows for greater qubit desnity while minimizing decoherence resulting from interacting with the quantum system.
