Toronto police charge Hamilton man in child luring investigation
Toronto police have arrested a man in connection with a child luring investigation and believe there may be more victims.
Back in June, members of the Sex Crimes - Child Exploitation Section learned of an incident involving the online luring of a child.
On Thursday, March 10, they executed a search warrant in the Hamilton area, near Greenhill Avenue and King Street East.
Petrit Kajtazi, 39, of Hamilton, was arrested and charged with one count each of making child pornography, accessing child pornography, luring a child under 18 years, luring a child under 16 years, making sexually explicit material available to a child and indecent act, and two counts each of sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and sexual assault.
He was scheduled to appeared in court on March 10.
Investigators said Kajtazi is believed to have been using the username "Benson."
This investigation is ongoing.
