Hamilton resident cried tears of joy after winning $2-million Ontario 49 prize

Jeny Samuel hit the jackpot after checking his ticket on the Feb. 9 draw. I rarely play the lottery," said Samuel in an OLG press release sharing news of his $2-million win.
The 44-year-old told OLG he began to cry tears of joy when he found out about his big win. My wife was so happy she stared at the ticket for 20 minutes to process the news."
Samuel, a father of two, said he had never won anything over $50 and plans to purchase a house for his family.
The winning ticket was purchased at My Lucky Lotto Shop on Centennial Parkway in Hamilton.
