Hamilton artist Tom Wilson hopes new film will help put 'Mohawk culture into the light where it belongs'

Beautiful Scars, a documentary based on Tom Wilson's memoir, unravels his family history and, eventually, follows him from Hamilton to the Mohawk Nation of Kahnawa:ke, just south of Montreal. The film has its 1st screening at Hot Docs on May 2.
