Norfolk OPP investigating after person seen riding down the highway on the back of a truck

On Friday evening, the Ontario Provincial Police West Region posted a video of a person riding the back of a truck, unbeknownst to the driver." The person was seen travelling on Highway 24 toward the Brant County area, according to Acting Sergeant Ed Sanchuk.
