Highway 403 blocked in Brantford after commercial vehicle hits overpass

Highway 403 is shut down in both directions in Brantford, Ont., after police said a commercial vehicle hit the overpass at the Wayne Gretzky Parkway, causing part of the bridge to fall onto the road.
