Hamilton police use virtual reality to improve response to people in mental health crises

Hamilton Police Service is using virtual reality in its new Mental Health Crisis Response Training Program. It's the first police service in Ontario to implement the training, which is the product of six years of research from Wilfrid Laurier University and Toronto Metropolitan University.
