Victoria police is offering a $500,000 reward for information that can help track down a sexual predator who targeted young girls in high-rise apartments in Melbourne during the 1980s.
Police said survivors were still traumatised, nearly four decades after the horrendous assaults, and they believe there may be more victims yet to come forward.
