Lions Lair competition roaring back as in-person event
Hamilton's annual Lions Lair competition is set to return as an in-person event after a two-year, pandemic-induced switch to the virtual realm.
This year, more than a dozen Ontario-based companies will duke it out in a pitch-style showdown in front of a panel of Hamilton's top business experts and investors.
Before the Innovation Factory competition begins, the 16 finalists will take part in a number of training sessions as well as judging designed to test their growth, financial and legal readiness strategies," according to a press release.
The finalists will then duel on Sept. 22 in an in-person pitch madness" competition that will see the Investor Lions determine the winners of the 12th annual contest.
