Intel XTU Update Adds New Raptor Lake Overclocking Features

As well as supporting the newest Windows 11 22H2, Intel XTU 7.8.0.21 adds the new "Efficient TVB support" for a "future platform" which is very probably debuting in readiness for the 13th gen Core processors, codenamed Raptor Lake.
