Section of the Linc in Hamilton reopened after commercial truck hit overpass

A section of the Lincoln Alexander Parkway was closed after commercial truck hit overpass at Upper Sherman Avenue causing debris to spread across the highway. Shortly after 6 p.m. the city said it was reopened.
