TrendForce Report: Chip Foundries Face Wave of Order Cancellations

Foundries have smartly reallocated capacity so far this year, but with most shortages now banished that option isn't available. But the most advanced processes, responsible for PC CPUs and GPUs, should see only minor impacts through 2022.
