Features Located on the edge of Lake Ontario and a short walk from Confederation Park, this home is one of three properties located on the Stoney Creek waterfront that are listed for more than $3 million.

Nestled on Church Street, the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home boasts more than 5,100 square feet of living space and has a resort feel to it," said Diane Brown, a salesperson with Brown Real Estate Consultants. The home is co-listed with team leader Justin Brown.

The backyard of the house features a large concrete patio that extends out to the breakwall, a firepit, a swim spa and a hot tub as well as a cabana bar complete with a bathroom and outdoor shower.

Walking out there, you really feel like you're on vacation," said Diane Brown.

Custom built back in 2017, the home consists of two separate units - the first spanning more than 3,600 square feet, while the second stretches to around 1,500 square feet. It has been finished with hardwood flooring, granite countertops and large windows throughout.

The main house features an open-concept great room that encompasses a large, eat-in kitchen as well as a family room with a gas fireplace. There is also a separate dining area and living room tucked off to the side.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, all of which have ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate room that has a soaker tub with an unobstructed view of the lake.

It has a really bright and airy feel," said Brown. Everything is about that view."

The secondary home, built with multi-generational living in mind, has a kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pair of walkout balconies. It also features an elevator.

Brown said the home could be a good fit for two couples looking to go in on the property. The second unit could also be rented out.

Why is it priced this way? Brown said the price of the home was influenced by its location and features. She noted that the property is like buying two houses."
