Residents and tenant advocacy groups asks city to implement maximum heat bylaw in Hamilton

Residents and local ACORN chapters held a rally on Wednesday to launch its Beat the Heat campaign, where the group outlined four demands to the city in order to make summers more bearable for residents as temperatures get higher.
