City council passes 'nuisance' bylaw after last year's wild 'fake homecoming' at McMaster

Hamilton city councillors unanimously passed a new bylaw designed to prevent the mayhem seen at last year's "fake homecoming" event near McMaster University which saw numerous people arrested and a car get flipped over.
