Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson is considered day-to-day after suffering a hamstring injury in Monday night's overtime loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, a source told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Wilson, who's also nursing a shoulder ailment, is pushing to play Sunday against the New York Jets, Rapoport adds.

It's unclear when the 33-year-old, who played every offensive snap Monday, sustained the injury. He enjoyed a hot start against the Chargers by completing his first 10 passes of the game but struggled in the second half, finishing the night with 188 yards and one touchdown on 15-for-28 passing.

The loss dropped Denver to 2-4. The Broncos, who acquired Wilson in a blockbuster offseason trade with the Seattle Seahawks, have struggled offensively this season, ranking dead last with only 15.2 points scored per contest.

Wilson, who's passed for only five touchdowns against three picks this year, also underwent a procedure to relieve discomfort near his throwing shoulder after Thursday Night Football in Week 5.

Brett Rypien is the only other quarterback on Denver's current active roster.
