A man is facing life behind bars after walking into a police station and confessing to a murder from more than 40 years ago.
Anthony Bird, a 42-year-old porter and part-time barman, was found naked with his wrists bound at his flat in Kensington Gardens Square, west London, on 6 June 1980.
