AMD Confirms Radeon RX 7000 Cards Won't Use 16-Pin Power Connector

AMD reference designs and third party board makers have all decided to skip using the 16-pin 12VHPWR connector. AMD has confirmed that RDNA 3 GPUs will not use it.
