The Carolina Panthers continue to receive trade interest for wide receiver D.J. Moore, but it's highly unlikely they'll move him ahead of the NFL deadline on Nov. 1, sources told Jordan Schultz, theScore's NFL insider.

Trade rumors surrounding Moore and other high-profile Panthers players have increased since the blockbuster move sending star running back Christian McCaffrey to the San Francisco 49ers.

The Panthers signed Moore to a three-year extension worth $61.9 million in March following three straight 1,000-yard seasons, making a trade financially difficult.

The 25-year-old, whom Carolina selected in the first round of the 2018 draft, has struggled to continue his form in 2022 amid issues at quarterback for the NFC South club. He has 27 catches for 273 yards and two touchdowns in seven appearances.

Wide receivers seem to be in high demand ahead of this year's trade deadline.

The Kansas City Chiefs acquired former first-rounder Kadarius Toney from the New York Giants on Thursday. Meanwhile, Jerry Jeudy, Chase Claypool, and Brandin Cooks are reportedly garnering interest.
